If you are using both Whatsapp and Instagram, then you will soon get a new feature for you. The company is currently testing such a feature, so that Instagram users will be sharing the InstaStories as Whatsapp Status.
To post this story, users have to go to Whatsapp and click on the send option. Instagram stories and whitespace status are live for 24 hours. You can delete this story right inside. The users who want to update their status will be able to save time through this feature.
This feature is only currently being tested and no official information is provided. Currently Insta Story can be shared directly to Facebook. So, this feature will be available in Facebook's own Instagram and Whatsapp.
